1. Introduction

Welcome to Chicken Road! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chicken Road mobile game application ("Game") and any related services provided by Chicken Road Game Studios ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Game.

Chicken Road is a family-friendly mobile game where players guide a chicken character across busy roads in a colorful voxel art world. The Game is designed for entertainment purposes only and contains no gambling elements or casino-like features.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these Terms. Some features of the Game may be subject to additional age restrictions.

By using the Game, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have obtained parental consent to use the Game and agree to these Terms.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices that you own or control. This license does not allow you to use the Game on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

4. User Conduct

While using the Game, you agree not to:

  • Use the Game in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Game
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Game for any purpose
  • Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Game
  • Use the Game to impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Game, or which may harm the Company or users of the Game

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer the opportunity to purchase virtual, in-game items. You understand that while you may "earn" or "purchase" virtual items in the Game, you do not actually own these items, and their value is limited to their use in the Game. Virtual items cannot be redeemed for real money or any item of value outside the Game.

All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise these rights.

Parents and guardians of minors should monitor their children's use of the Game to ensure they do not make any unauthorized purchases.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us, our licensors, or other providers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We make no warranty that the Game will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Game.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE GAME.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Game.

12. Governing Law
